Founding Partner and CEO, Linda Walker
Linda specialises in international corporate communications and organisational development in health systems. Her 30 years of professional experience include high-level activity in the public, private, civil society and philanthropic sectors. Linda is the force behind CWI’s non-profit initiative – the Covid-19 Africa Action Network for Nurses and Nurse-Midwives (AAN).
Founding Partner and President, Jean-Guy Carrier
Jean-Guy has worked internationally in media, government, and global trade. He specializes in high level negotiation, public private partnerships and international trade. Jean-Guy is also the Executive Chairman of the Silk Road Chamber of International Commerce (SRCIC), a global business NGO based in China of which CWI is a founding partner. He is a Senior Fellow at the Chongyang Institute for Financial Studies at Beijing’s Renmin University and former Secretary General of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).
Karen Hou, Partner
Karen has 15 years of financial planning,analysis and management experience with fortune 500 multinationals. Karen specialises in financial services, mergers and acquisitions and international accounting. She speaks fluent Mandarin and English.
Founding Partner, Elie-Simone Carrier-Walker
Elie-Simone has enjoyed more than 15 years of international experience working in communications and marketing roles with NGOs, UN agencies and in the private sector, where she has held senior management positions. Elie-Simone specialises in marketing, mergers and acquisitions, and media and telecommunications. She is fluent in English, French and German.
Malinna Li, Partner
Malinna has worked with CWI since 2014, becoming a partner in 2020. Her organisation, management and negotiation skills have been key to the success of several CWI projects. Malinna specialises on the Belt and Road Initiative, global trade, social networks and emerging trends. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
Laurent Ste-Marie, Partner
Laurent has spent more than 25 years working in the live entertainment industry, specializing in technical design and execution and overall management. His most recent accomplishments include project management on major sporting event ceremonies around the world, and technical direction for a large-scale production of a world-renowned circus company, in China. He is fluent in French, English, Spanish and decent in Korean.
CINDY CHENG, Partner
Cindy has more than 15 years of international corporate experience working in operations, team management, recruitment and talent development, where she has held senior management positions. Cindy specializes in human resources services, especially build learning organization, talent training and development and cross culture commutation. She is fluent in Mandarin and English.
FOUNDING PARTNER AND MANAGING DIRECTOR CHINA, GABRIEL CARRIER-WALKER
Gabriel is Managing Director of CWI Solutions China and established the company’s China branch in 2013 as one of the first companies to set up in the Shanghai free trade zone. Gabriel specialises in technology, engineering, construction and real estate projects. He has led projects in North America, Africa, Europe and Asia and is fluent in English, Chinese, French, and German.
